IS PRIVATE SECTOR FAIR IN SRI LANKA?

According to the current situation in Sri Lanka, it seems that considerable part of economy is handled by private sector. Therefore private sector has becoming more powerful than the past. In the past, jobs were provided by the government according to education levels of school leavers or graduates. Today, school leavers can find their jobs from private sector very easily. They join jobs and practice it as their seniors have been doing in the past.  Who are the lucky? In the past, private sector didn't have experienced or educated professionals  like government organisations. Government officers have joined with private sector since they got good salary comparing with the government jobs. Today those officers have become corporate level managers or directors since their experience.
